100g milk or dark chocolate, broken into chunks
3 tbsp golden syrup
100g cornflakes or rice crispies
36 mini eggs
1. Put the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a saucepan and melt over low heat until smooth.
2. Take off heat and add cornflakes or rice crispies. Stir in gently with wooden spoon.
3. Spoon the mixture into 12 cupcake cases.
4. Press down the middle to make a dip for the nest. Put 3 mini eggs in each nest.
5. Put in fridge to set.
