Tis the season! As you may have seen pictures come home the children have been designing their own holiday cards in school – either Christmas cards or an alternative picture if they don’t celebrate Christmas. Your child should have brought their artwork home with a code on the back, which you need to place an order. As well as cards, you can also order gift tags, wrapping paper and even mugs with your child’s picture on.
To order visit www.apfsorders.co.uk and have your code to hand – the deadline for orders is Wednesday 10th November 2021. And if you place an order please return your child’s artwork to your class teacher on Wednesday 10th November
Cards and other items ordered will be delivered to school by the beginning of December. A proportion of the cost of the orders will go to FoG so it’s also a great fundraiser for the school. Any questions please contact email@example.com

The End of Term Halloween Cake Sale was a monster success! Thanks to all our bakers, buyers, and cake scoffers! We raised a whooping £438 from our sale, all proceeds will go help support our school. A massive thank you to all those involved!
The next FoG meeting is tomorrow Wednesday Nov. 10th. Come meet the new trustees and have your say on the fundraising year ahead! Everyone welcome, 8pm at The Herne Tavern.
The FoG’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was a very productive meeting, thank you to all that attended. For those that weren’t able to attend we have included the presentation, along with the notes from the meeting. We are delighted to report new trustees to FoG have been appointed, a full list of new trustees is in the meeting notes. We also had to say a sad goodbye to Jos Howard and Karen Eastwood who stepped down, they have been absolute superstars over the years, have given FoG & the school an enormous amount of help, and will truly be missed!
As a reminder, the main purpose of the AGM is to report on FoG’s fundraising & spending, to elect new committee members/trustees, and allocate roles to volunteers for the coming school year. The committee is responsible for making decisions about the running of FoG, for example how funds can be raised, and how they should be spent. We still have some roles on FoG available, if you are interested in getting involved please get in touch – drop by the next meeting or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
