As mentioned in the School Newsletter, reception children set off on the inaugural Forest School session this week to the nature garden in Peckham Rye Park.
Goodrich will be running it every week until the end of the school year.
One mum said: “The teachers were fab and so well prepared. I was amazed how much learning there was in a couple of hours – we did activities that promote independence, safety awareness, observational tasks, nature, counting, games.”
FoG donated £1,500 for clothes and equipment for the children to take part in the trip. A big thanks to everyone!
